Unlike a lot of contractors and services in our mountain town, Wheatley Creek Services was responsive and communicative. They got back to me when they said they would, arrived when scheduled, and did an excellent job painting our exterior trim. Highly recommend!

Our service tech showed up right on time for dryer vent cleaning and vent cover replacement. He inspected the items he was to work on with me, explained his process and got right to work. He showed me the completed work, gave some simple instructions for regular maintenance and made sure everything was cleaned up before leaving. The scheduling process was simple, the job got done quickly, and payment was easy. Will definitely use this service again for our next project.

I've now used Wheatley Creek for a very small and a very large job and both turned out great. They are an incredibly reliable company who truly care about the work they perform. Hard to reach anyone for scheduling. They were punctual once an appointment was obtained for an estimate. Requested 3 different repair estimates and it was submitted as 1 bulk price. Requested multiple times to have them line item each repair so we can see individual prices of repairs and proceed accordingly. I’ve yet to have anyone respond to request via email. Multiple emails were sent by them for reviews. It’s possible they do great work but communication could improve.
